Responsibilities:
- Create and edit Web Intelligence and Desktop Intelligence documents based on business requirements.
- Develop VB Macros and Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint reports using various data types and expected result sets.
- Automate data analysis processes by creating Excel-based macros to improve efficiency.
- Create or modify SQL queries as per data gathering and analytical needs.
- Generate reports in HTML, PDF, or RTF formats as specified by business teams.
- Analyze statistical results to develop insights and provide actionable forecast plans.
- Manage and maintain data for seamless integration with data mining and analytical tools.
- Extract and transform data into meaningful structures for decision-making and reporting.
- Perform report generation, data analysis, and other related analytical tasks as required from time to time.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Basic proficiency in English (written and verbal) with confidence to contribute to value-adding services.
- Hands-on experience with Excel Macros and Pivot Tables.
- Working knowledge of SQL queries (editing and creation).
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports or similar report creation tools.
- Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and various analytical models.
- Awareness of Cloud and SaaS environments.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to adapt to company culture and comply with organizational policies.
