Roles & Responsibilities
- Performing verifications as per the SOPs and preparing reports
- Review and audit employment verification cases according to the checklist
- Maintaining the TAT (turn-around-time) of completing the request
- Ensure the quality of the report is maintained
- Bring in innovative ideas to optimize operations
- Timely resolution of cases where TAT is critical
- Support quality benchmarks
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- A diligent and ethical nature is required.
- Good typing speed
- Should have MS Excel knowledge
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
