Objective
We are looking for a
CCRV Operation Analyst to join our dynamic Operations team. This role involves reviewing, auditing, and processing Court Case Record Verification (CCRV) cases, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit verification cases (CCRV) for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with operational standards and data security protocols.
- Identify and escalate ambiguous or critical cases to the concerned teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely case closures.
- Maintain updated records and logs as per company standards.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy levels.
- Ethical, responsible, and process-driven mindset.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and typing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience in background verification or BPO operations is a plus.
Work Details
- Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon
- Working Days: 5 Days Onsite
- Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Additional: 1–2 Saturdays may be worked as per workload, compensated with extra overtime pay
