Overview
The Business Analyst- Logistics is responsible for driving Operations with excellence. The candidate needs to align the priorities of Business stakeholders to Floor teams. She/ He is expected to be working with a continuous improvement mindset and show exceptional customer centricity. The role will be in Logistics Support, Warehouse Operations and Repack Operations. The candidate is expected to be familiar with the key functions mentioned to better fit the role
KEY RESPOSIBILITES
- System Integration Able to handle interface between SAP and external WMS systems. Expertise on IDoc and Queue management would be an added advantage
- Inventory Reconciliation Inventory Stock counts, annual stock check, Inventory audit, physical vs system stock reconciliation
- Customer Dispute Management Clear understanding of customer returns, uplift process, credit and debit process
- Stock Replenishments - Warehouse to Warehouse Reallocations, Plant to Plant, Sample Order Processing, Special Sales
- Warehouse Repack - Responsible for repacking planning for Warehouses, work with vendors to ensure all packaging materials are in-stock for repack
- Operations - Review progress of weekly repack plan and Operations, Close repack PO's before closing need to check with connected teams
- Packaging Carts - Manage the packaging carts for display materials and responsible for managing master data
- Process improvement - Identify opportunities and work with the cross functional teams to implement the best practices and improve overall efficiency
KEY INTERFACES
- Supply Chain Stakeholders across markets, Transporters, Shippers, Direct Order Customers
- Business Processes: Logistics Processes, Invoicing, Warehouse management processes, Control tower Operations, Carrier/ Shipper management, Documentation and compliances
- Within KHC, this role will work very closely with Operations functions across global zones, GBS, Global Logistics, Supply Planning and IT
Requirements
- 4-6 years Experience in Logistics Operations, especially in Warehousing and Repack Operations with awareness of transactions in Logistics Operations
- Working Knowledge in SAP ECC is a must and SAP EWM expertise will be an added advantage
- Hands on work attitude and customer centric nature. Bias towards Action
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must fluently speak English
