Job Description

Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage end-to-end employee offboarding processes for global employees, including exit formalities and documentation(Letters).
  • Prepare inputs for Full and Final settlement ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Maintain and update accurate offboarding records, HR databases, and employee files.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure timely closure of offboarding tasks (ECF & FNF sheet).
  • Ensure compliance and organizational policies during the offboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate offboarding records and tracker.
  • Respond to employee queries related to offboarding in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with local and global HR teams to ensure timely completion of HR tasks.

Requirements

  • 6 - 12 months of experience in HR operations(Offboarding).
  • Exposure to global HR processes will be a plus point.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in HRMS with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
