Manage end-to-end employee offboarding processes for global employees, including exit formalities and documentation(Letters).
Prepare inputs for Full and Final settlement ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Maintain and update accurate offboarding records, HR databases, and employee files.
Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure timely closure of offboarding tasks (ECF & FNF sheet).
Ensure compliance and organizational policies during the offboarding process.
Maintain accurate offboarding records and tracker.
Respond to employee queries related to offboarding in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with local and global HR teams to ensure timely completion of HR tasks.
Requirements
6 - 12 months of experience in HR operations(Offboarding).
Exposure to global HR processes will be a plus point.
Basic understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Basic proficiency in HRMS with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
