About The Role
General Mills is looking for an experienced
HR Reporting Analyst to deliver high-quality, scalable HR reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making. This role will leverage deep expertise in
Workday Reporting and Prism to ensure accurate, governed, and insightful workforce analytics while partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism data sources.
- Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions with strong data accuracy and governance.
- Serve as the HR workforce data subject matter expert, guiding stakeholders on data interpretation and usage.
- Drive reporting governance standards, audits, documentation, and data quality controls.
- Reduce ad-hoc reporting through intuitive dashboards and visual storytelling.
- Mentor junior analysts and support reporting capability building across teams.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and visualization techniques.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Full-time graduate degree (mandatory); Master's preferred (Statistics / BE / IT).
- Experience: 4+ years in HR reporting/analytics (5–7 years preferred).
- Technical Expertise:
- Workday Reporting (Report Writer, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Prism)
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of data governance and security frameworks
- Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large datasets and complex business requirements
