Overview

The P1 Analyst plays a critical role in managing global benefits operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional employee experience. This position requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and expertise in HR processes and systems to support benefits administration across multiple regions.

Your role

  • Benefits Administration: Manage and administer global benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability, and flex benefits) across regions including UK, India, Middle East, US, and Canada.
  • Global Shares Investment Plans: Global SIP and Shares Savings Plan Knowledge
  • Employee Support: Serve as a trusted resource for employees, HR teams, and Tier 1 support on benefits-related queries, ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • HR Operations: Execute hire-to-retire processes and HR transactions in Workday and Oracle with precision and timeliness.
  • Case Management: Resolve HR and employee queries via ServiceNow, maintaining SLAs and quality standards.
  • Data & Reporting: Build reports and dashboards using MS Office, perform audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency and implement innovative solutions to enhance processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR colleagues, Tier 1, and Regional Teams to support Global Benefits initiatives and projects.
  • Training & Mentorship: Act as a buddy for new joiners and train team members on systems, processes, and best practices.

  • Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate abstract concepts and deliver clear presentations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in global benefits, Pensions, Shares Investment Plans administration and compliance.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools (Workday, Darwin, Oracle, ServiceNow).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Co-Pilot/ AI Literacy, Data reporting and analytics.
