As an Analyst, Financial Systems team you will work closely with Expense, Procurement, Accounting & Development teams and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise financial applications by providing system support, troubleshooting issues, and driving timely resolution to minimize business disruption. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Application Support: Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion modules
  

• Procurement,
• Expense
• Financials (GL, AR, AP, FA and Cash Management)
  

• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot application issues, log tickets, support escalation issues and implement timely resolutions to minimize business disruption.
• Manage and resolve incident tickets within defined SLAs.
• Incident tracking and management on ServiceNow (ITSM Tools)
• Testing & Validation: Participate in system testing for patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Support financial close and reporting activities by ensuring system readiness.
• Monitoring: Support monitoring of system performance, alerts, notification and scheduled processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Documentation: Maintain and update process documentation, support guides and RCA on major incidents.
• Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions or process improvements. Provide recommendations/workarounds for identified problems.
• Liaise and act with others (end users, internal teams) for incident management.
• Communication: Communicate with different stakeholders and vendors on technical level. Able to translate the impact of technical issues and concept to non-technical users.
• Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
  

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• 
  Required Education:
  

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  

• 
  Required Experience:
  

• 3 to 5 years of direct experience with Oracle Fusion - Procurement, Expense and Financials modules
• Strong functional knowledge of: Procurement, Expense and Financials (GL, AR, AP, FA and Cash Management) modules
• Experience in application support, incident management, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
• Working knowledge of query tools (PL/SQL, Toad, SQL Plus) for analysis and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Preferred experience
  

• Experience working in IT FinOps or enterprise application support environments.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
• Knowledge of reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
• Oracle certifications in Financials or Procurement (preferred but not mandatory).
