From groundbreaking solutions for semiconductor chip manufacturing, to enabling high-speed transmission within complex electronic systems, our high-performance materials and integration expertise make tomorrow's technologies possible. **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES** **Accounting and Audit Support:** Ø Have substantial experience in the preparation of financial statements and managing comprehensive audit processes. Ø Have a background in handling financial statements, statutory audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing reporting. Ø Conduct monthly flux analysis and communicate findings to the Country Controller. Ø Collaborate with different teams to provide insights on complex accounting matters. Ø Support the business and functional for all accounting and other related questions and discussions. Ø Review general ledger accounts to ensure their accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Ø Collaborate with the business team to provide essential financial information that aids in decision-making. Ø Provide projected financial data to support various business requirements. Ø Ensure to comply with all the applicable KCA's in your domain. **Budgeting & Forecasting:** Ø Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting efforts. Ø Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate budget inputs. Ø Analyze variances between actuals and budget/forecast, providing actionable insights. **Financial Analysis:** Ø Conduct comprehensive financial analyses of cost recorded to support strategic initiatives. Ø Provide decision-making support through financial modeling and scenario analysis. Ø Present findings and recommendations to management. Ø Prepare MIS reports for senior management **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION** : Qualified Chartered Accountant or relevant qualification with 3-4 years of experience **EXPERIENCE / SKILL SETS** : Ø Sound knowledge of India GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS/IndAS Ø Understanding of Tax Provisions and Corporate Law related matters Ø Previous experience in Accounts Finalization Ø Having worked on any M&A/Business Restructuring Projects (Added advantage) Ø Analytical and problem-solving skills Ø Verbal and written communication skills **KEY CORE COMPETENCIES:** Ø Sound knowledge in Financial Accounting, Auditing Ø MS Office Ø Knowledge of SAP/any other ERP is preferred Ø Effective Time management and able to prioritize task Ø Self-motivated. **SHIFT TIMING:** Standard India Day shift Join our Talent Community (https://careers.qnityelectronics.com/us/en/jointalentcommunity) to stay connected with us!
