Proficient in using MS Office and general computer applications
Execute RPA (Robotic Process Automation) bots and automation macros to streamline workflows
Handle exceptions manually in cases where automation fails or is not applicable
Update and transform data on client platforms using tools, Excel macros, or manual processes as needed
Quickly grasp and understand complex business processes and operational workflows
Communicate effectively with team members, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Maintain a proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
