We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analytics Analyst, having 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics role, to join Marketing team.
This role will focus on analyzing datasets, developing and maintaining business intelligence dashboards, and providing data-driven insights to support marketing strategies across global markets.
Key responsibilitie

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for the Digital Marketing team.
- Perform text analysis and advanced analytics to support campaign optimization and audience understanding.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, business-focused recommendations.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive BI dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools.
- Regularly refresh and update dashboards to ensure accuracy and relevance of marketing performance metrics.
- Monitor dashboard performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Write and maintain SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Utilize Databricks for data processing, exploration, and pipeline support.
- Develop Python scripts to automate data workflows and enhance analytical efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and regional marketing teams to gather business requirements.
- Provide timely responses to ad-hoc data requests and analytical queries.
- Present findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analysis.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance reporting frameworks.
Required Skills & Technical Expertise
- Expert in MS Excel, Power BI
- In-depth understanding of SQL, Python, Databricks
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured analytical mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities with experience working across global or regional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
- Basic understanding of AI technologies and their application in analytics and marketing.
