We are looking for candidates to join the Data Analytics team within our Financial Research group. Depending on location preference, the opportunity is available across our Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices. The team partners closely with teams across Financial Research, as well as with Front Office and Technology functions, to manage critical data processes and deliver structured analytical support across the firm's quantitative and discretionary investment strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
In this role, you will work closely with senior research analysts covering companies and industries across global credit markets, building hands-on experience in financial analysis and modeling. You will build and refine financial models, benchmark operational and valuation metrics, and synthesize insights from industry and company conference calls to develop quarterly earnings materials. You will contribute to research deliverables by interpreting financial information, highlighting key trends and variances, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across models and supporting documentation. Your role will support ongoing company coverage and provide structured analytical inputs that feed into broader research and investment processes.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
The ideal candidate should hold-
Basic qualifications:
- An MBA in Finance or an equivalent professional qualification with up to 1.5 years of experience in any research or analytical role
- Keen analytical aptitude and the ability to interpret and synthesize financial information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with robust attention to detail
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior exposure to credit markets, including through internships or academic projects
