Title: SOC Analyst

Location: Gurgaon, Magnum Global Park

Team: BAS Cyber (SOC)

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented SOC analyst for 24x7 operations with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity monitoring, security operations and understating of networking, operating systems along with basics of cyber investigations and security best practices. SOC analysts would be responsible for monitoring, proactive detection, and analysis of security events and incidents across organization. In addition, they would be first-line support for standard and low complexity incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in relevant domain.
  • Round the clock monitoring security alerts and events using SIEM platform.
  • Investigate logs from various log sources to support investigation as required
  • Analyze logs from endpoints, servers, firewalls, cloud platforms and network devices.
  • Escalate complex security incidents to senior analysts or incident response team.
  • Document incidents, investigations, and remediation activities accurately.
  • Identify log sources and examine system logs to reconstruct event histories using forensic techniques.
  • Maintain and support operational integrity of SOC toolsets.
  • Valid CEH certification is required.

Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline. A master's degree is desirable.
