The Opportunity
Support the execution of Sattva's external and internal engagement initiatives by working closely with business leads across events, content, and outreach.
Contribute to flagship platforms (e.g., reports, conferences, roundtables) and marketing initiatives by synthesising insights, developing high-quality content, and ensuring seamless execution across formats.
Work across content creation, event execution, and stakeholder coordination, while building the ability to translate ideas into execution-ready outputs that strengthen Sattva's positioning in the ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
- Support design and execution of engagement initiatives (events, webinars, convenings, campaigns).
- Develop structured, high-quality content across formats (reports, decks, articles, communication material).
- Synthesise research and inputs into clear narratives for internal and external use.
- Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Build capability to independently manage smaller workstreams across content and engagement.

You will engage closely with senior leaders, contribute to high-stakes client relationships, and shape how Sattva shows up in the market through both business development and thought leadership. Roles and responsibilities:
Content Development & Thought Leadership
- Conduct secondary research and synthesise insights into structured outputs (reports, briefs, articles).
- Develop content across formats: presentations, reports, blogs, emailers, and communication collateral.
- Translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate narratives.
- Support development of thought leadership outputs aligned to organisational priorities.
Engagement & Event Execution
- Support planning and execution of events such as webinars, roundtables, and convenings.
- Coordinate logistics, agendas, speaker communication, and participant engagement.
- Ensure smooth execution before, during, and after events.
- Track participation, feedback, and outputs from engagement initiatives.
Campaign & Outreach Support
- Support execution of marketing and outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, ecosystem engagement).
- Coordinate dissemination of content and thought leadership outputs.
- Track performance of campaigns and engagement efforts.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work with internal teams, business leads, and external stakeholders to align on
deliverables.
- Manage communication, timelines, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of outputs.
Execution & Quality Management
- Maintain high standards of quality across all outputs (content, communication, events).
- Manage timelines and multiple work streams effectively.
- Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on outputs.
The Ideal Candidate:
Our goal is to strengthen how Sattva engages with the ecosystem through high-quality content and seamless execution. We are looking for individuals who align with our mission and bring the following:
- 1–2 years of experience in content, research, marketing, communications, or program support roles.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to develop structured, high-quality content.
- Experience in research and synthesis of information into clear insights and narratives.
- Exposure to event coordination, campaign execution, or stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and basic content or marketing tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality in execution.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Interest in the social impact / CSR ecosystem is a plus
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Liberal Arts, Business, or Social Sciences.
- Exposure to content, marketing, or research-led roles is a plus.
