Job Description

Role Title:Analyst - CLO C

Work Location Bengaluru (Availability to work in all SG GSC offices as per need)

Hybrid Model weekly 3-4 days working from office

Purpose of the Role

This position is to work closely with internal stakeholders (such as front office, risk and compliance, back office and finance to ensure transactions are closed on a timely basis.

Responsibilities in the Role

The role incumbent, as the Analyst will be responsible for:

1. Review of legal documentation for transaction execution.

2. Work closely with internal stakeholders (such as front office, risk and compliance, back office and finance to ensure transactions are closed on a timely basis.

3. Assist back office with deal closing and de-closing (loan assignment or prepayment) including intermediate communication with Japanese external counterparties.

4. Managing syndicated, bilateral, and Agency transactions.

5. Portfolio will include transactions in real estate, aircraft financing, shipping, energy and export finance.

Required Skills/Abilities/ Qualifications

1 Strong operational skills.

2 Familiarity with loan and project documentation drafting and transaction documentation process

3. Knowledge of structure finance agency roles

4 Product knowledge in structured finance

5 Loan IQ expertise

6 Experience in Credit

7 Investment Banking Domain Expertise

8 Experience Range 1 to 3 years
