Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Insights:
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Use statistical tools and business intelligence platforms to support data-driven decision-making.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and distribute monthly performance reports across departments.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics effectively.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports.
• MIS Management:
• Maintain and enhance MIS systems to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve data integrity and system efficiency.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Provide regular updates to internal teams and senior management on performance metrics and business trends.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data workflows.
• Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data reporting, or MIS.
• High level Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, Power-Point.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
