Job Description

The Loss Fund Reconciliation (LFR) team is an integral part of the Global Claims Team. The LFR team's core aim is to: Team receives quarterly spreadsheet of unreconciled items from TPA reconciliation team. Team needs to research, identify reasons and solutions to resolve these unreconciled items by working with different teams and stakeholders.

What You'll Be DOING

What will your essential responsibilities include

  • Coordinating and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., TPAs, other claim functions, etc.) to ensure the highest level of quality service.
  • Be responsible for the flow of day-to-day operations.
  • Perform research and identify reasons for the unreconciled items.
  • Work with different TPAs and claim handlers to resolve the pending unreconciled items.
  • Follow up with concerned teams and set up calls to close pending items.
  • Foster or maintain a collaborative relationship with internal and external customers.

You will report to Deputy Manager Claims.

  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills in managing a high workload and multiple concurrent tasks/projects.
  • Possesses robust technical and operational skills require expertise.
  • Proficient in MS Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
  • Delivers excellent written output.
  • Meet set processing targets/ SLA.

Desired Skills And Abilities

  • Relevant work experience.
  • An extensive background of working within an insurance /Reinsurance/ BFSI/Operations.
  • Graduate / post-graduate with commerce background with 50% and above aggregate in the highest qualification.
  • Ability to interact with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective data analysis skills including proficiency in the use of MS Excel/ Power Point / Power BI.
