Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Analyst forms the foundation of the consulting delivery team, supporting engagements through rigorous research, data analysis, and execution support.

This role is focused on building strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities while contributing to the development of insights, reports, and structured deliverables that inform decision-making. The Analyst works closely with Consultants and Senior Consultants to ensure data accuracy, maintain trackers, and support the smooth execution of projects.

In addition to supporting ongoing engagements, the Analyst is expected to develop a deep understanding of business functions, consulting frameworks, and execution models, laying the groundwork for future growth within the organization. The role requires curiosity, discipline, and a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research and internal data analysis
  • Support creation of reports, presentations, and insights

Execution Support

  • Assist in tracking project progress and action items
  • Support documentation of processes and frameworks

Data Management

  • Work Maintain dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency

Coordination

  • Support team in meeting preparation and follow-ups
  • Assist in stakeholder communication

Experience Required

3–5 years in management consulting, business transformation, strategy, or enterprise leadership roles, with proven experience working closely with CXOs and leading cross-functional execution.

Education and Qualifications

Must Have

· 3–5 years of experience (or fresh graduates) with strong academic background.

· Basic understanding of business concepts, analytics, or operations.

· Strong analytical aptitude and comfort working with data (Excel, basic tools).

· Good communication skills and ability to work in team environments.

· High attention to detail and discipline in execution.

· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting setup.

Good to Have

· Internship experience in consulting, analytics, HR, or business roles.

· Exposure to research, data analysis, or report creation.

· Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, or basic data visualization tools.

· Understanding of business functions or startup ecosystems.
