The purpose of this role is to provide effective execution of Channel Partner Commission Payouts and Collection accounting, timely accounting in book of accounts and process activities in Shared Service Environment to ensure adherence to defined quality, performance, and SLA requirements.

• Primary Responsibilities
• Channel Optimization
• Handle channel partner relating activities like Commission calculation, settlement, reconciliation, and accounting.
• To co-ordinate with banks for collection process and accounting
• To perform Multiple Bank reconciliation with high volumes
• Maintain SLA as per respective Circles in India.
• Ensure month end book closure activities and ensure all abnormal variances are documented.
• Engage with Circle team to understand the S&D note for commission pay-out.
• Ensure timely submission of Pay-out workings to circle (state) and settle on time to trade.
• Ensure bookkeeping are maintained as per Central Financial Reporting team's guidance and process note.
• Provide inputs in view of process improvement & for resolution of issues, interact with cross-functional team for queries.
• Conduct of audit and closure with minimum issues and escalation.
• Understand accounting policies and guidelines.
• Handle special projects as & when assigned by Team Lead.
• Understand telecom related schemes, product construct, large volume of transactions and complicated schemes to calculate manually
• Process Optimization
• Identify gaps and improvement areas to enhance the efficiency of the existing processes.
• Study best practices in the industry to inculcate the tools and technologies within the systems.

• Work closely with the team for seamless execution of the tasks.

Education Qualification

• B. Com/Commerce Graduates/BBA/M.Com
• MBA-Finance(Optional)
  
  

Total Experience

• Executive-Fresher/1+ years of relevant work experience in F&A
• Sr.Executive- 3 years of relevant work experience in F & A
