What is this role all about

As a CA Fresher in the CFO's Office, you will get hands-on exposure to core finance operations in a fast-growing SaaS company. From financial reporting and compliance to audits and analysis, you will work closely with experienced finance leaders and gain practical experience across multiple finance functions.

• You will assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• You will work on account reconciliations, ledger management, and day-to-day finance operations with accuracy and attention to detail.
• You will support audits, compliance activities, tax filings, and ensure adherence to accounting and regulatory standards.
• You will participate in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking activities to help improve financial planning.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance processes and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.

This is a Bengaluru-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

You consistently deliver accurate financial reports, maintain compliance standards, and proactively contribute to improving finance processes while learning and growing in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What would make you a good fit for this role

Here are the basic requirements:

• You are a recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• You have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial compliance.
• You are comfortable working with MS Excel and accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar software.
• You possess strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

• You understand SaaS business finance metrics and reporting structures.
• You are an immediate joiner or can join within a short notice period.
