Overview


CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.

We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Analyst to join our team and help transform data into strategic insights. You'll work closely with product and business stakeholders to uncover opportunities, measure performance, and guide decision-making across key initiatives. Responsibilities


  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand various products, consumer touchpoints, data streams, and reports to draw actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor business performance based on key KPIs and recommend data-driven actionable insights to improve the business performance
  • Combine data across platforms like GA4, Google Ads and Postgres to create a start to end funnel of user experience
  • Measure and analyse campaign performance across channels, providing insights into ROI, CPA, CTR, and engagement metrics
  • Drive pricing analytics and discount analysis to evaluate promotional effectiveness and optimize revenue strategies. Past experience in pricing and discounts is preferred
  • Design and deliver impactful visualizations using tools like Power BI to communicate insights and trends clearly
  • Basic technical understanding of data flow to help identify root causes and user behaviour during new releases
  • Understand the competitive landscape to do periodic benchmarking and share industry best practices

Qualifications and Prerequisites


  • 3-5 years of experience as a data-driven Business, Product, or Data Analyst
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to dive deep into data, identify root causes, and drive automation-led solutions
  • Proven experience partnering with business/product teams to identify trends and deliver actionable insights
  • Proficiency in handling large datasets and translating data into structured reports and recommendations
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivots and solver functions
  • Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and working knowledge of DAX preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, engagement, traffic sources), with experience in e-learning or digital businesses being a plus
