Essential Skills

• 1-4 years of consulting experience
• Hand on experience in Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) within pharma and healthcare domain
• Experience in at least one of the following areas of SFE - Segmentation and Targeting, Salesforce Sizing, Market Mix Modelling
• Proficient in advanced excel, SQL, Python/R
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
• Strong communication skills

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience in Salesforce Performance reporting & dashboarding
• Experience in Incentive Compensation Design
• Exposure to Advance Analytics techniques and ML algorithm - predictive, clustering, optimization

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
