Analyst/Associate Consultant

Aspect Ratio is rapidly expanding in the space of Analytics & Data Science and we're looking for experienced candidates to be part of our team. The position requires you to be comfortable working with large pharma datasets and have hands-on experience with SQL.

IMP NOTE: Our office is in Pune city. We do not offer WFH roles.

Qualification: 4-year Engineering degree. An MBA or any specialized coursework in Data Science is a plus. Work experience in Pharma/Healthcare.

Experience: 1-5 years of experience working with large datasets using SQL/SAS. Proficiency with Excel and/or VBA is a plus.

Areas of delivery for the team include:

• Use transaction-level datasets to answer business questions
• Build predictive models to drive business decisions
• Automate existing process to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities of the individual include:

• Structure an ambiguous business problem and devise a mathematical and/or programming solution
• Execute the solution in the best possible tool or platform
• Dive deep into data, analyze and discover patterns/root causes
• Design robust and scalable prediction algorithms

Skills required:

• Excellent communication skills
• Expertise in SQL
• Knowledge of Python or R
• Experience with MS Excel
• Knowledge of Data Science algorithms
