Analyst

Analyst I would be responsible for supporting Global benefits teams of AON across global locations. The position provides support to the firm's GB operations in the execution and delivery of consulting services to the end clients. Individuals will primarily be responsible for the coordination and completion of research tasks, data collection, data analysis and updating this information into Greater Insight Tool to ensure delivery of high-quality work within the specified timelines for a variety of tasks managed within the teams.

•    Postgraduate in any discipline with minimum of 0 - 2 years of experience in benefits administration.

Postgraduate with minimum of 0 - 2 years of experience in benefits administration or consulting supporting global client

•    knowledge and experience in employee benefits is preferred

•    Expertise in internet search mechanisms

•    Working knowledge of MS Office product suites

•     Benefit Administration industry experience is preferred

•    Key interest towards pursuing a career in the employee benefits space, and inclination to grow on domain knowledge and build technical expertise

•    Disciplined and professional approach in delivering results and showcases the ability to act as successor for the next role

•    Possess good communication skills

•    High level of cultural sensitivity

•    Collaborative and willingness to participate in wider initiatives

Work Timings and Location

•    Morning Shift (7:15 am IST to 4:15 pm IST) and Noon Shift (12:30 pm IST to 9:30 pm IST) and willing to work beyond normal business hours based on requirement

•    Company transportation will be provided

•    Location will be for Bangalore, India
