What Will You Be Doing

  • In-Depth Analysis: Dive into researching trends and policies across various products, dissecting market dynamics to uncover emerging opportunities and challenges.
  • Market Insight: Develop a keen understanding of global market fundamentals, identifying and analysing emerging trends that shape the landscape of energy and commodities markets.
  • Product Execution: Drive the execution of multi-client products and analytics, leveraging your analytical prowess to deliver actionable insights that drive value for our clients.
  • Tool Development: Architect and maintain databases, in-house analytics tools, and models to facilitate analysis, forecasting, and decision-making in consulting projects, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  • Regulatory Vigilance: Stay abreast of regulatory developments and policy shifts at local, national, and international levels, providing invaluable insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Effective Communication: Craft high-quality reports, presentations, and materials that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to both internal stakeholders and external clients, upholding Argus standards of excellence.

  • Robust Research Skills: Showcase your ability to develop methodologies and execute projects under the guidance of senior consultants, delivering high-quality research outputs.
  • Industry Familiarity: Possess familiarity with commodity exchanges and/or relevant sector experience, offering valuable insights into market dynamics.
  • Analytics Excellence: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Effective Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts and insights with clarity and impact.
  • Team Collaboration: Leverage your experience in working with teams and tapping into organizational resources to drive collaborative success.

Hours

This is a full-time position operating under a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days working remotely. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, with a one-hour lunch break.
