Position: Analyst
Job Description:
- Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
- Develop detailed engagement work plans.
- Perform financial statements audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP, Income Tax basis, and Fair Value standards.
- Execute audit procedures accurately and timely, in line with firm protocols.
- Assess internal controls and identify potential risks or discrepancies.
- Analyze financial data to uncover trends and issues.
- Prepare and maintain audit documentation, workpapers, and reports.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients to gather necessary information.
- Escalate complex issues and keep engagement senior informed of engagement progress.
- Mentor entry level associates including interns/seasonal employees.
- Gain the respect and confidence of the CRZ team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership
Skills And Requirements:
Qualified candidate should possess the following:
- Minimum 2-5 years of work experience with local or multinational accounting firm.
- Industry Experience Preferred.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in accounting is required. Candidates pursuing CA Final with articleship experience can also apply.
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite especially on Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or CCH would be an added advantage.
- Solid organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Good work ethics.
