Overview


CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may choose to work from home in Mumbai however, you will be required to travel to our Andheri East office once a week for business requirements, meetings, or company/team events, or on short notice as needed.

We are looking for an Analyst, Accounts Payable with a key focus on day to day Invoice activities. The Analyst, Accounts Payable is responsible for timely processing of Invoices of Suppliers, handling invoice related queries and responding to stakeholders, Daily Supplier expense tracking, passing re-class entries, Bank & PAN upload at supplier master and assisting the Lead Accounts Payable in various other AP related activities.

Please note that this is a hybrid role. Candidates who are currently a resident of Mumbai will be considered.


Responsibilities


  • Process day-to-day supplier invoices (including international entities) upon receiving approvals from designated POCs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Ensure all invoices are matched and processed against valid Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely manner.

  • Manage and resolve supplier queries through the service desk tool, maintaining SLAs and ensuring high service quality.

  • Track and follow up on prepayment invoices to ensure timely clearing and reconciliation.

  • Post reclassification entries in Oracle Fusion during month-end close, ensuring correct cost allocation.

  • Upload and maintain PAN, bank details, and freelancer/vendor information in Oracle Fusion with high data accuracy.

  • Prepare monthly provisioning working files and support month-end closing activities.

  • Coordinate with the FP&A team for budget tracking, variance analysis, and spend monitoring.


Qualifications and Prerequisites


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

  • 7-9 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable operations.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes and best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (Accounts Payable module).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and reconciliations.

  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry and documentation.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.

  • High degree of accountability, & teamwork with a strong focus on delivering quality outcomes and handling customer-facing or time-sensitive tasks diligently.

  • Strict adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
