Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer

About the Role:

GTC Informatics Private Limited is hiring experienced Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineers for semiconductor design projects across India. These positions are open on both a full-time and contract basis, depending on client and project requirements. Experienced candidates who can join quickly are encouraged to apply.

Location : PAN INDIA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design analog and mixed-signal circuits such as PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, bandgap or SerDes blocks
• Define circuit specifications and architecture with system teams
• Run schematic simulations, including corner and Monte Carlo analysis
• Work with layout teams and review post-layout simulation results
• Support silicon bring-up, testing and characterization
• Prepare design documents and review reports

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–10 years of experience in analog or mixed-signal circuit design
• Hands-on with Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre
• Experience designing at least one block such as PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO or bandgap
• Good understanding of CMOS technology and advanced process nodes
• Knowledge of layout parasitics, matching and reliability checks
• Good debugging and communication skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with high-speed interfaces such as SerDes or PCIe PHY
• AMS verification experience (Verilog-A/Verilog-AMS)
• Silicon validation experience
