Texas Instruments is seeking an Analog Design Manager.
In this role, you will manage a team of designers working on differentiated Analog content for MSP MCUs. Role includes interfacing with all SoC functions (system/arch/RTL/DV/DFT/PD/test) and driving execution from spec to RTM. In addition, you will be part of the team driving roadmap definition looking at the application/EE space & figure out the IP needs & plan accordingly.
Group Introduction
As part of the overall central analog team, we design microcontrollers targeted for industrial and automotive markets. Analog group is responsible for developing very low power, low cost and high performance analog. We design all types of analog and mixed signal IP's like data converters (ADC and DAC), power management (LDO, DCDC, and supply supervisor/monitor), clocking circuits (RC, crystal oscillators & PLLs), Opamps, comparators, references, analog front ends. All these IPs have to co-exist and meet performance in presence of large digital logic and its associated noise. We strive to continually differentiate our products with best-in-class analog and raising the bar for competition.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum education (i.e., bachelor's degree in electrical engineering)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
