As a Digital IC Design Senior Principal Engineer with Marvell, you'll be a member of the Central Engineering business group. Marvell is seeking an Analog/Mixed-SignalDesign Engineer to contribute to the development of multi-tens of GHzoptical and electricalreceiverchips. In this role you will be responsible for:
Architecture and circuit design.
Design of high-performance analogand mixed-signalcircuits forelectrical andopticalproducts.
Design of various analog circuits including ADC, DAC, voltage regulators, clock generation and distribution circuits, DLLs, custom high-speed digital circuits, CTLE, VGA, and TX drivers.
Work with other functional groups to facilitate post-silicon validation, qualification, transition to mass production, and customer support.
What We're Looking For
Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering,
preferably with a specialization in Microelectronics or related fields and 15+ years or PhD in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, preferably with a specialization in Microelectronics or related fields with 12+ years of demonstrated experience in high-speed and low-power design on advanced CMOS technologies, specifically in one or more of the following areas: ADC, DAC, voltage regulators, clock generation and distribution circuits, DLLs, custom high-speed digital circuits, CTLE, VGA, and TX drivers.
