Role: Analog Design Manager
Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore
Job Description
- Lead, mentor and guide a growing team of analog design engineers
- Architect and lead the design of analog power blocks including power conversion blocks, drivers and protection circuits
- Define and implement the design strategy for a new product family, influencing technology and process choices, design flows, and IP reuse.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between system requirements and circuit-level implementation.
- Own the full design cycle from concept through silicon validation and production ramp.
- Conduct advanced simulations and modeling to ensure robust performance across process, voltage, and temperature corners.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to translate market needs into technical specifications.
Required Qualifications:
- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in analog IC design , especially in power devices
- Proven leadership in developing and launching analog products from concept to production.
- Experience with ESD protection, latch-up prevention, and reliability analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of digital design methodologies and flow
- Knowledge of mixed-signal integration and system-level design.
- Hands-on experience with lab validation and silicon debug.
- Understanding of wide bandgap semiconductors
