As an Analog Design Manager, you will not only drive the development of critical analog products but also play a key role in defining the direction of technology and building a world class team in India.

Job Description

• Lead, mentor and guide a growing team of analog design engineers
• Architect and lead the design of analog power blocks including power conversion blocks, drivers and protection circuits
• Define and implement the design strategy for a new product family, influencing technology and process choices, design flows, and IP reuse.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between system requirements and circuit-level implementation.
• Own the full design cycle from concept through silicon validation and production ramp.
• Conduct advanced simulations and modeling to ensure robust performance across process, voltage, and temperature corners.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to translate market needs into technical specifications.

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in analog IC design , especially in power devices
• Proven leadership in developing and launching analog products from concept to production.
• Experience with ESD protection, latch-up prevention, and reliability analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of digital design methodologies and flow
• Knowledge of mixed-signal integration and system-level design.
• Hands-on experience with lab validation and silicon debug.
• Understanding of wide bandgap semiconductors
