About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven IC Design Engineer – High-Voltage Power Solutions to join our Power Switches team. You will own the full lifecycle of IC design — from chip architecture to silicon debug — creating cutting-edge solutions for automotive, industrial, data center, and personal electronics markets.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where your designs will power millions of devices globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive complete analog circuit design from concept to silicon
  • Lead chip architecture and full end-to-end development
  • Drive design schedules and deliver to quality milestones
  • Lead silicon debug for high-voltage and high-current power products
  • Support customer failure analysis and system use-case debug
  • Collaborate across Layout, DV, Validation, Test, Process Technology & Packaging teams

Required Skills

  • Hands-on expertise in analog circuit design — gate drivers, charge pumps, high-voltage designs
  • Proficiency in Virtuoso & Cadence simulation tools — process, mismatch & aging simulations
  • Strong chip top-level ownership and debug experience
  • Experience in reliability simulations, ESD integration, floating node checks
  • Deep silicon debug expertise for high-voltage and high-current products

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in analog IC design.
  • Background in eFuse, ORing controllers, or hot swap controller design
  • Experience in automotive-grade or data center power IC development
  • Familiarity with cross-functional chip development processes
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
