Role Overview
Lead the design and development of Analog Front-End (AFE) circuits for our sensor-based systems, with a strong focus on data converters (ADC/DAC) and precision analog signal chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and validate high-performance ADCs and DACs for sensor data acquisition systems
- Develop low-noise analog circuits including amplifiers, filters, and signal conditioning blocks
- Lead tape-out activities from architecture to silicon validation
- Guide and mentor the analog design team
- Collaborate with digital, firmware, and test teams for system integration
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on analog/mixed-signal IC design experience
- Proven track record of ADC/DAC design and at least one successful tape-out
- Strong experience with low-noise amplifiers, references, and precision analog circuits
- Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and Calibre
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Preferred Skills
- Low-power design for battery-operated systems
- Sensor interface experience (MEMS, capacitive, piezoelectric)
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance and functional safety standards
