Job Description

Location: Bengaluru, India

Experience: 57 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an Analog Design Engineer with strong experience in ADC/DAC and precision analog circuits to design and deliver high-performance analog front-end (AFE) blocks for sensor-based systems. The role involves end-to-end ownership from architecture through silicon validation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance ADC and DAC architectures for sensor data acquisition
  • Design low-noise analog blocks including amplifiers, filters, references, and signal conditioning circuits
  • Drive analog block ownership from specification, schematic, simulation, and layout review to tape-out
  • Perform pre- and post-layout simulations and support silicon bring-up and characterization
  • Collaborate with digital, firmware, and test teams for system-level integration
  • Provide technical guidance and design reviews within the analog team

Required Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline
  • 57 years of hands-on analog / mixed-signal IC design experience
  • Strong experience in ADC/DAC design with at least one successful silicon tape-out
  • Expertise in low-noise analog design, including LNAs, references, and precision circuits
  • Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and Calibre
  • Ability to independently own blocks and drive them to closure

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with low-power analog design for battery-operated systems
  • Sensor interface experience (MEMS, capacitive, piezoelectric)
  • Understanding of EMI/EMC considerations and robustness in analog designs
  • Exposure to silicon validation, lab debugging, and characterization
