Location: Bengaluru, India
Experience: 57 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for an Analog Design Engineer with strong experience in ADC/DAC and precision analog circuits to design and deliver high-performance analog front-end (AFE) blocks for sensor-based systems. The role involves end-to-end ownership from architecture through silicon validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance ADC and DAC architectures for sensor data acquisition
- Design low-noise analog blocks including amplifiers, filters, references, and signal conditioning circuits
- Drive analog block ownership from specification, schematic, simulation, and layout review to tape-out
- Perform pre- and post-layout simulations and support silicon bring-up and characterization
- Collaborate with digital, firmware, and test teams for system-level integration
- Provide technical guidance and design reviews within the analog team
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline
- 57 years of hands-on analog / mixed-signal IC design experience
- Strong experience in ADC/DAC design with at least one successful silicon tape-out
- Expertise in low-noise analog design, including LNAs, references, and precision circuits
- Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and Calibre
- Ability to independently own blocks and drive them to closure
Preferred Skills
- Experience with low-power analog design for battery-operated systems
- Sensor interface experience (MEMS, capacitive, piezoelectric)
- Understanding of EMI/EMC considerations and robustness in analog designs
- Exposure to silicon validation, lab debugging, and characterization
