Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and review of design documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Mentor junior engineers to support their growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align analog circuit designs with overall project goals.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Circuits Design.
• Strong understanding of analog circuit simulation and modeling techniques.
• Experience with noise reduction and signal integrity optimization in analog designs.
• Knowledge of thermal management and power efficiency strategies in circuit design.
• Familiarity with prototyping and testing methodologies for analog circuits.
