Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Anaesthetist Consultant to join our team at Be Well Hospitals in Puducherry. In this on-site role, the consultant will oversee and provide safe and effective anesthesia care to patients undergoing medical procedures. Responsibilities include evaluating patients pre-operatively, formulating anesthesia plans, administering anesthetics during surgery, and monitoring patients response to anesthesia. Additionally, the consultant will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in administering anesthesia across various specialities and surgical procedures.
• Strong knowledge in patient evaluation, pre-operative assessment, and post-operative care.
• Proven ability to assess patient responses and manage potential complications effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
• Current accreditation and licensure to practice as an Anaesthetist Consultant in India.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary hospital environment is an advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing patient-centered care with a focus on safety and comfort.
