Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AMS (Analog Mixed-Signal) Verification Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Verilog-A modeling and extensive hands-on experience with the Xcelium verification tool. This role involves collaborating with design and verification teams to ensure the functionality and performance of complex mixed-signal designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute AMS verification plans for mixed-signal IP and SoCs.
Create and validate behavioral models using Verilog-A for analog and mixed-signal blocks.
Implement and optimize AMS testbenches in the Xcelium simulation environment.
Collaborate with analog and digital designers to verify top-level integration and system performance.
Debug and resolve complex AMS simulation and modeling issues.
Drive and contribute to the development of AMS verification methodologies and best practices.
Perform regression testing and coverage analysis to ensure design robustness.
Document verification plans, results, and technical reports.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in AMS verification for semiconductor design.
Expertise in Verilog-A for modeling analog/mixed-signal components.
Proficiency with Xcelium (Cadence) or similar simulation and verification tools.
Strong understanding of analog design concepts (e.g., PLLs, ADCs, DACs, amplifiers).
Experience in mixed-signal simulation environments and debugging techniques.
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Perl, TCL) for automation is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
