Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead AMS Verification Engineer located in Bengaluru South. The Lead AMS Verification Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing verification processes for analog and mixed-signal circuits, creating test benches, debugging and analyzing performance, and ensuring product quality through rigorous validation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and optimize workflows is an essential part of this role. Providing expert technical guidance and supporting team growth will also be integral responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in analog and mixed-signal (AMS) verification methodologies, including development of AMS test benches.
  • Proficiency in debugging and analyzing circuit and system-level performance and knowledge of electronic design automation (EDA) tools.
  • Skilled in scripting with relevant programming languages such as Python, Perl, or Tcl.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams is a plus, along with a willingness to lead and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is required.
