Own Amazon advertising performance for our brands, drive profitable growth, and gradually build in-house AMS capability. Success in this role means improving efficiency, scaling revenue responsibly, and becoming the central in-house owner of Amazon advertising as the portfolio grows.
Responsibilities
- Own Amazon advertising strategy across assigned brands and categories.
- Work with the current external agency to plan, review and improve campaign performance.
- Define campaign structure, keyword priorities, budget allocation and performance guardrails.
- Track and improve key ad metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, CPC and ROAS.
- Align ads with pricing, promotions, events, hero SKUs and stock availability.
- Work with internal and external creative/content partners on ad creatives, A+ content and listing improvements.
- Build simple and sharp weekly / monthly performance reports with clear action points.
- Identify opportunities for keyword expansion, ranking improvement, portfolio clean-up and spend optimisation.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Advertising / AMS
- Strong experience with SP, SB and SD campaigns
- Good grip on ACOS, TACOS, keywords, bids and campaign optimisation
- Comfortable with Excel / Sheets and performance reporting
- Experience with private label / D2C / Amazon-first brands preferred
- Strong coordination skills with agencies and internal teams
