Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Billing Exception Management Energy ICT MDMS Administration VEE Process and Meter to Cash (M2C) within the Utilities domain. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to manage complex projects efficiently. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of projects related to Billing Exception Management and Energy ICT MDMS Administration.
- Oversee the VEE Process to ensure accurate and efficient data validation estimation and editing.
- Provide strategic direction for integrating and analyzing Energy ICT systems to optimize performance.
- Manage MDMS Billing processes to ensure timely and accurate billing operations.
- Coordinate Meter to Cash (M2C) processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the Utilities domain.
- Develop and maintain project documentation to support transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to drive project delivery and outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and minimize potential disruptions.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to drive team performance and innovation.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in Billing Exception Management and Energy ICT MDMS Administration.
- Demonstrate expertise in the VEE Process and its application within the Utilities domain.
- Have experience in integrating and analyzing Energy ICT systems for improved performance.
- Show proficiency in managing MDMS Billing and Meter to Cash (M2C) processes.
- Exhibit excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Display strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 to validate project management expertise.
