Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) – B1.2 Certifying Staff
Location: Kishangarh, Rajasthan
Role Overview
Responsible for inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and certification of aircraft in compliance with DGCA regulations, approved maintenance programs, and company procedures to ensure continuous airworthiness and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and certify maintenance activities within DGCA B1.2 licence privileges.
- Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations, ADs, SBs, and OEM instructions.
- Troubleshoot and rectify aircraft defects.
- Maintain accurate technical records and maintenance documentation.
- Support SMS initiatives and regulatory audits.
- Coordinate with Flight Operations and other stakeholders to ensure aircraft availability.
Requirements
- Valid DGCA AME Licence (B1.2).
- 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
- Experience in FTO, General Aviation, or flying training environments preferred.
- Experience on piston-engine training aircraft preferred.
- Strong knowledge of DGCA CARs and continuing airworthiness requirements.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and maintenance documentation.
- Current certification or hands-on experience on Diamond and Piper aircraft.
