Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site AMC Sales Executive role located in Manjeshwara. The AMC Sales Executive will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to promote annual maintenance contracts for AITSUN's products and services. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to potential and existing customers, delivering product information, addressing client inquiries, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to achieve targets. The role requires active involvement in establishing client needs and providing tailored maintenance solutions to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Marketing skills, including client communication, relationship building, and negotiation capabilities
  • Knowledge of technical domains such as home security systems, CCTV, networking, and fiber optic technology
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in the local language and English
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a technical field is an advantage
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
