- Perform business configuration on ticketing tool
- Proficient in computer/software technology
- Understanding of asset management and Contracts
- Basic understanding of telecom domain will be preferable
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, word and Outlook

Key Responsibilities/Principle Accountabilities

Perform pricing of assets which include in house products as well as OEM products
Create, update, and maintain asset related documents and trackers.
Coordinate with SCM for renewing service support from OEMs or 3rd parties
Maintain inventories and SLA documents
Maintain lifecycle of the products
