AMC Engineer

As an AMC Engineer (Dedicated Resource), you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting installed control systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will handle preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial automation systems under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular site visits for the maintenance and support of installed PLC/DCS control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues related to automation and SCADA systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Verify and test I/O interfaces, control logic, and SCADA functionality.
• Assist in system upgradation and retrofit projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards during maintenance activities.
• Maintain detailed records of system performance, faults, and corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and training to plant operators and clients.
• Work with protocols like Modbus, ProfiNet, OPC, IEC61850 for system communication.
