We are a small team, which means you will work directly with the founders and your work will actually matter.
The Role
We are hiring an Amazon Operations Manager to own advertising, promotions, and reporting across our client portfolio. This is a full-time remote role, 5 days a week, 40 hours. We offer unlimited time off because we care about output, not hours clocked.

What You Will Own
- Amazon PPC management across client accounts: campaign setup, bid management, budget pacing, search term work
- Promotions: coupons, Lightning Deals, Best Deals, Brand Tailored Promotions, Subscribe and Save
- Weekly and monthly reporting: ACoS, TACoS, CVR, ROAS, and margin tracking
- Exploring and testing AI tools that can improve how we work
- Working closely with the founding team on launches, seasonal campaigns, and portfolio reviews
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 4 years of hands-on Amazon Ads experience, Seller Central or Vendor Central
- You understand how sponsored ads actually work, not just surface level
- You have set up promotions and deals inside Seller or Vendor Central
- You can build and maintain clean reporting in Excel or Sheets
- You are genuinely curious about AI tools and have actually used them
- You care about getting things right
Good to Have
- Experience with Amazon.de or European marketplaces
- Familiarity with Helium10 or similar tools
- Prior agency or multi-client background
