Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations and account health for 3 distinct brands across multiple global marketplaces. Your primary focus will be maintaining perfect account health and ensuring all product listings are accurate, updated, and compliant.

Note: This is an operations and back-end role. No marketing or PPC management is required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Account Health Monitoring (Priority #1)

  • Daily Check: Perform a first thing in the morning check of the Account Health Dashboard across all marketplaces (US, UK, EU, etc.).
  • Violation Management: Immediately identify and address Policy Violations, Intellectual Property (IP) complaints, or Restricted Product warnings.
  • Appeals & POAs: Draft and submit professional Plans of Action (POAs) and appeals to Amazon to resolve violations and prevent account deactivation.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor Order Defect Rate (ODR), Late Shipment Rate, and Valid Tracking Rate to ensure they remain in the Green zone.

2. Listing Management & Catalogue Health

  • Uploading: Create and upload new product listings (via Flat Files or Seller Central UI).
  • Content Updates: Update titles, bullet points, and descriptions as needed.
  • A+ Content: Upload and manage A+ Content (EBC) across all 3 brands.
  • Listing Fixes: Resolve suppressed listings, Stranded Inventory issues, and Detail Page Removed errors.

3. Brand Registry & Communication

  • Case Logs: Open and follow up on cases with Seller Support to resolve technical catalogue issues.
  • Brand Protection: Use Brand Registry tools to report unauthorized sellers or counterfeiters if necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central (multi-marketplace experience preferred).
  • Regional Expertise: Must have proven experience managing UK and EU marketplaces.
  • Compliance Expert: Deep understanding of Amazon's Terms of Service (ToS) and how to handle Account Health violations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Amazon Flat Files (Excel bulk uploads).
  • Communication: Excellent English writing skills (essential for writing convincing appeals to Amazon).
  • Reliability: Must be able to check the accounts daily and provide a brief daily Status Report.
