Marketplace Manager Amazon (Performance & Ads)

Experience: 3 - 6 Years Exp

Salary : Competitive

Preferred Notice Period: Within 30 Days

Opportunity Type: Onsite (Bengaluru)

Famyo (One of Uplers Clients) is Looking for:

Marketplace Manager Amazon (Performance & Ads) who can own Amazon end-to-end with a strong focus on ads, growth, and profitability.

This is not an operations-only role this is a revenue-driving, performance marketing + marketplace growth role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Amazon Growth Ownership

  • Own complete Amazon P&L (Revenue, ROAS, TACOS, Contribution)
  • Drive category growth for bedding, blankets, towels, etc.
  • Identify and scale winning SKUs

2. Amazon Ads (Core Focus)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD)
  • Manage keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
  • Continuously improve: ROAS, TACOS, Conversion rates
  • Scale profitable campaigns aggressively

3. Listing Optimization

  • Improve product listings: Titles, bullets, A+ content, Images & creatives (work with design team)
  • Increase conversion rate through better storytelling + visuals

4. Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Track key metrics: CTR, CVR, CPC, ROAS, TACOS
  • Identify trends, drop-offs, and growth opportunities
  • Run experiments (pricing, creatives, bundles)

5. Inventory & Catalog Management

  • Ensure healthy inventory levels to avoid stockouts
  • Coordinate with ops team for forecasting & replenishment
  • Manage catalog hygiene (variations, backend keywords, etc.)

6. Competitive Strategy

  • Track competitors (pricing, ads, creatives)
  • Identify whitespace opportunities in the kids category
  • Launch and scale new SKUs based on data

What We're Looking For

  • 36 years experience in Amazon marketplace management
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and optimization
  • Bias for action, can execute fast and iterate
  • Understanding of D2C / consumer brands is a plus
