Amazon Marketplace Manager – Canada, UK & UAE

Zoci Voci is one of India's leading gifting brands, serving over 3 lakh customers through Amazon, Shopify, marketplaces, and exports. We create unique products including Personalized Lamps, Telepathy Lamps, Photo Gifts, Caricatures, Name Plates, Devotional Gifts, and Home Décor.
We are looking for an Amazon marketplace expert to own and grow our business across Amazon Canada, Amazon UK, and Amazon UAE.
This role is focused on scaling international sales, launching new products, improving profitability, and building these marketplaces into major growth channels for the company.
Your Mission
Build Amazon Canada, UK, and UAE into high-growth marketplaces through strong catalog management, advertising, product launches, keyword optimization, and marketplace expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Growth
- Manage and grow Amazon Canada, UK, and UAE marketplaces.
- Develop marketplace-specific growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities for revenue and profit growth.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and category trends.
Product Listings & Catalog
- Create and optimize product listings.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization.
- Improve titles, bullet points, A+ content, and backend search terms.
- Launch new products and variations.
- Maintain catalog health and listing quality.
Amazon Advertising
- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Optimize ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Scale profitable campaigns and reduce wasted spend.
- Perform regular search term and keyword analysis.
Product Launches
- Plan and execute new product launches.
- Improve product visibility and ranking.
- Coordinate promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Track launch performance and take corrective action.
Inventory & Operations
- Forecast inventory requirements.
- Coordinate stock replenishment.
- Prevent stock-outs and excess inventory situations.
- Monitor marketplace health and account performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track sales, advertising performance, profitability, and growth metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Recommend actions based on data and marketplace trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience.
- Experience managing Amazon UK, Canada, UAE, or other international marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and ranking factors.
- Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage marketplace growth.
