Location: Mumbai

Compensation: ₹12–15L + Performance Incentives

The Role

We're looking for an AI-native performance marketer who thinks in funnels, numbers, and experiments.

This role owns the end-to-end digital acquisition engine for our eCom and QCom marketplaces— from generating top-of-funnel demand to PDP Converstion - managing the RoAS / TaCoS / ACoS - as per respective platforms.

  • Build data-driven growth system that continuously improves creative, hooks, audiences, and unit economics.

You will:

  • Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and other emerging channels
  • Design and manage full-funnel growth systems (TOF, MOF, BOF)
  • Build and manage retargeting strategies and budgets
  • Monitor creative performance, hooks, and competitors via ad libraries
  • Set up AI-assisted workflows using MCP tools to analyze campaign and content performance
  • Build attribution and reporting systems
  • Continuously test creatives, landing pages, offers, and funnels
  • Translate data into clear actions that grow revenue efficiently

Ideal Candidate

You are a numbers-first growth operator who is comfortable with both marketing and modern tooling.

You likely:

  • Have 3–6 years of performance marketing experience in D2C or ecommerce
  • Are comfortable managing ₹50L+ annual digital ad budgets
  • Understand eCom and QCom analytics, attribution, incremental CAC, ACoS, RoAs and the levers to optimize
  • Regularly study ad libraries, hooks, creatives, and competitor funnels
  • Are comfortable using AI tools, automation, and cloud workflows
  • Can set up simple data pipelines, dashboards, or MCP-style evaluation workflows
  • Think in experiments, funnels, and unit economics
  • Prefer shipping fast, measuring results, and improving continuously
